Happy Easter!

We celebrated Easter by waking up early for an egg hunt. Ashton definitely wasn't fully awake, but we wanted to do the egg hunt early because we thought it was going to rain all day. He knew exactly what to do and did a great job at gathering all the eggs, including the ones he had made. Dying Easter eggs for the first time was hilarious. We cracked about 4 out of 12 eggs during the process, and Ashton would not settle for having only one color on the eggs. He insisted on dropping each egg into every color, so most of our eggs ended up being brown. Grandma Hughes (I think Ashton has finally decided to call her "Gaga") and Uncle Hadyn came over after church and we did some confetti eggs which has become an Easter tradition for us. Later in the day we had another egg hunt and a crawfish boil over at Bappa's house. As you can see from the pics, the weather ended up being great, and we really enjoyed celebrating that Jesus has risen!
