The Houston Zoo

On 8/25/08 Skyler and I enjoyed a day off of work and took Ashton to the zoo. It was the first day of school for most people, so it wasn't crowded at all. We had such a good time! There was so much to see and do. Ashton loved the carousel ride, the petting zoo (although we wouldn't let him touch ANYTHING), the splash pad (too bad we didn't bring his bathing suit), and crawling through the fish tank. A train ride at Hermann Park was also on the agenda, but Ashton wore out, so we'll have to save that for another day.
